
The Nokia N900 is the first model of N9xx series which was presented on 27 August 2009. It features an ARM Cortex-A8 processor with 600 MHz, which can be used with up to 256 MB of RAM and three times as large swap partition access. The entire internal memory is 32 GB with a microSD card slot allows additional 16 GB. It has a sliding QWERTY keyboard similar to the N97 mini and a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss lens. In addition it has a 3.5-inch touch screen with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels like the Nokia N800.

Technically the Samsung N110 is equipped with 1 gigabyte of RAM, a 160-gigabyte hard drive, a 10.1-inch display, WLAN, Ethernet, a memory card reader, a webcam, three USB ports and a VGA output.
