facebookJoe Hewitt, Known for his work on Mozilla Firefox project and one among the important programmers in the social network Facebook has publicly announced that he no longer wants to develop for Apple’s mobile platform. Hewitt wants to protest and no longer wants to work with the iPhone because he said that the Apple’s regulations disturb him too much”

He criticized among other things like the control Apple has over the developers and the exemplary role of Apple’s App Store restrictive policies for other software platforms. Guardians of those platforms would soon haunt the lives of the developers, he fears. Just iPhone developers have been in the past often difficult to understand face rejections of software.

Another developer is working on to the Facebook App instead the usuall development group. Without it is obviously not. Joe Hewitt wants to refocus on its strengths in web development.

In his Twitter feed so Hewitt. However, in that setting its Working with the iPhone hardly brings something: “For every developer who get frustrated turns away from the iPhone, 1,000 new ones. The iPhone can not be stopped, no matter how often we complain about”.
