Alienware M11x gaming netbook

The computer manufacturer Alienware has unveiled at the Technology Fair CES2010 a new gaming netbook and is in the U.S. starting early this year for about 1,000 U.S. dollars to be available. Technically, it’s great netbook with a 11.6 inches display, a 1.3 gigahertz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, a Nvidia GT335M “graphics chip and powerful battery has been fitted. The performance of the graphics card is sufficient for modern 3D games, but only if the mean level of detail is set.

When switched on, the card reduces battery life to 1 to 3 hours. GT335M The Nvidia graphics card can also be disabled so the battery life will amount to six hours. The card must be cooled and therefore the manufacturer when Alienware M11x has installed additional cooling so that the housing has become thicker. The weight of the Notebook is about 2 kilograms and thus weighs considerably more than other models. At present it is not clear whether the Alienware M11x on the German computer market will be available.
